Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled within the required notice window shown at booking. Cancellations, reschedules, or missed appointments made outside of that window will result in a fee equal to 25% of the service price, charged to the card on file. Text will also be accepted to cancel an appointment. Please provide name, service, and time in the message at least 3 hours before service. No-shows are treated as late cancellations and will also be charged 25% of the service price.
